This was very good. It caused you to really think about how manipulation and power are someone hand in hand, and wow, just wow..didn't expect this simple game to be so in depth.
This game reminded me of those college nights spent pondering life and beyond, living on the verge of reality and what was to come.
If you are young and want to prepare yourself for that, or old and want to relive those moments, this cound be a good experience.

VISUALS are really well-done. While so many games use pixel art style as an excuse for thoughtless visual designs, this is definitely not one of them.
SOUND DESIGNS and CINEMATOGRAPHY (scenes, color palettes, lighting, and animations) are memorable too. I appreciate the theme changes when diffierent characters get in the spot light.
Non-text-based GAMEPLAY can be a toss-up, actually, depending on your perspective. I think of it as a means for the game to divert/concentrate the player's thoughts and activate both the player's brain hemispheres. It may sound cheesy, but it plays considerably better than a plain text based visual novel, and doesn't grab your attention so much that the form overcomes the substance.
However, arguably, the non-text-based activities may be too sparse for those action oriented. There are definitely prequal opportunities which focuses more on the bartending scene itself for something similar to Paper, Please and Mind Scanner. Though this is likely not what Deconstructeam is aim to deliver.
Text-based GAMEPLAY (or STORY) is smooth, fast paced, reasonable, does not feel forceful, and has depth, which I cannot say for most point and click type games. It's well crafted and worth a few hours of one's time.

Also, maybe update the game? (Especially MacOS version.)
This is not much of a game. It's a nice story-telling experience, but the game parts are trivial and at times cumbersome. I love books, movies and games that depict societies that are different from what I know and it actually makes it interesting if the ideas do not completely line up with my own beliefs. The game does that rather well most of the time but it does have at least one instance where it outright calls the player stupid - and it doesn't make any sense with how the game world is depicted and described. This in-your-face lecturing stands out like a sore thumb and breaks immersion horribly for no reason.
But no, I don't deduct a star for that. All in all it's a solid story-telling game. If you like cyberpunk and story games you may want to pick this up. I bought it for 33% off and felt like that was a fair price for a rather short game.
I enjoyed pretty much what I would call short visual novel dressed with minigames. The beautifully drawn pixel art, good animations, absorbing atmosphere mainly due to the music that is outstanding. Great effort has been put into this game. Short but well balanced, I wouldn't ask for more nor less. To my taste, some conversations result a bit tedious, lacks some humor, yet very interesting piece of art. Well spent money and time. Thanks!
