Visual Novel + Tarot + Cosmic Witches

Lets be clear - this game is not for everyone. Its a short-medium visual novel type game about fate, sisterhood, making "tarot" cards and winning a witches-coven election. The art and vibes and philosophical questions you work through are definately going to scratch a particular itch. I loved it - but I also love short, tighter games. It's got a few important branching paths. Only a few of the branches are less well developed, most story points are pretty solid (I've played through 2.5 times). Got a few unlockable artifacts. And it has a ton of girl-power, light romance, medium philosophy and beautiful vision of a magical future thing going on. The last third of the game is a bit of strategy managment, trying to win enough votes for your chosen witch-leader during a campain, which is a bit different than the rest of the game. I think most teenage girls would very much like it, and those who like dreamy magic, story-based, tarot themes, etc. But not all gamers will.

A lot fun to play all the possibilities in the game. Inspiring dialogues and choices for the story. Very emotional. Love it !

Not Too Much to Say

I'm a witch too, and just satisfied with this experience. Really mindblown to the human brain. Well made, good story, grand revenge. Some likely a native English work. Everything must be broken apart at the end, only will power and the spirit mate will d. Too realistic.

Depends on your tolerance...

I have not finished the game, to be very clear. However, I did play the original demo to it's completion a while back, and have progressed a somewhat decent way past that in the game proper and as far as the game's feel and flavor, I have more than enough to make my judgement call. It's a very mixed bag, I really debeated on if this deserves a two or a three, I decided for me, based on my tolerence it's closer to three, but I thing for most people, it's going to be closer to a two. Most people that are more like me than the intended audience. The indended audience is, is young women, or just women generally really. That in mind, as a man there is quite a lot to like here still. The pixel art is fantastic. Have I seen better? I mean hard to say, but sure probably. But this is still very nice to look at if you like this kind of graphics and their art direction. I also really dig the music. Though, I do have to say, divorced from the game, on it's own it's not something I find myself wanting to listen to. But within the context of the game, it's great. It adds the perfect ambiance. It sounds good when it's not standing on it's own, and more importantly, it just feels right. Perfect for the setting and the mood. Making the cards is kind of cool. Making decising when you do a reading is kind of cool. The direction the story is going in is intreguing thus far. And while most of the characters I can take em' or leave em', Abramar, is a real treat. I love this behemoth. The tolerence I was speaking of, is to lefty progressive nonsense and yea girl power we rock whoooo. If you have little to no tolerence to that kind of thing, move along there isn't much for you here. If like me, you don't appreciate it per se, but can tolerate some amount of it, then maybe see if you can still find the demo or a video perhaps. The worst part to me is how everybody just can't stop complementing everybody. Much of the dialouge is like, your the best. No you are. Naw, it's you. Oh stop
