Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure

I seriously had my doubts that this outing of Tex Murphy would be as good as the previous game due to the time span. I was wrong. This game had everything that made the original games what they were plus more. Best adventure game I've played this year.

Man. This is a guy out of another age even when he was in his prime. And seven years later, he's still time warped. But that's why we love him! Jarringly "fake" graphics, cheeseball dialogue, labyrinthine plot, bizarre pot-boiler sci-fi characters. This is an adventure game that is comfortable in its own skin, and it sends shivers down my spine! Get it now. GET TEX NOW!

I remember playing the original 'Under a killing Moon' in the 90's. Great game and ahead of its time. this was another great experience and trip down memory lane

Great game. Fun puzzles, multiple plots. TEX IS BACK

I wish there could be more. One of the best FMV games and it is a really good game especially as the puzzles can be skipped if you don't like them or just ones you don't like. The only weird issue with FMV they have is anything with walking or running such as toward the end where it looks very wrong. They should have used some sort of tredmill to make it look more natural lol. However, its not the only thing I've seen that problem with. But, its a fun puzzle type FMV game. Played it a bunch of times now and playing it again right now. Will keep on playing it through time. I never did like the Unity engine choice but it does actually look good. Obviously, it doesn't look bleeding edge or anything and so has some downsides there. It is one of my favorite games though. Better than most games and there's dozens of thousands of games today.
