Syndicate Plus™

The graphic on this game have aged well. It was fun when I first played and it remains pretty cool. There is very little character development, that's probably my primary critique. You cannot personalize the agents apart from weapons, gender, and upgrades. The missions are mainly about strategy, especially stealth and speed. A pretty neat experience.

Timeless classic, one of a kind. Way, way ahead of it's time. Only gripe is you need to experiment with the timecycles of the DOSbox. I played it when it came out, on a 486 Dos/Win3.11 machine and can say it plays waaay faster nowadays through the emulator.

Countless hours spent on this one back in the day. Getting into level 40+ gets ridiculously hard (in typical Bullfrog fashion) with level 50 making me pull my hair out. All in all, a game that helps truly define what PC gaming was all about during this time frame.

When it was published, i spent a lot of time with that great game and i think everyone who gave that title 4 to 5 stars is right. If you like old strategy/action-titles, you will love that one. What i can't understand is why people write reviews about the EULA of that game BEFORE it is released! It is now thu the 19th and the game is still marked as "comming soon...". How do that reviewers know about the EULA of the GoG-version? So thats not fair to give the title an one-star-review without knowing about the GoG-version...

WHAT THE HECK MAN ITS TAKEN YEARS FOR THIS TO COME!!!! This is probably one of the greatest games I have ever played, I aint excited for the new syndicate (maybe EA finally stopped sitting on the copyrights for this thus we got it now) but this is the game I want to play (its obviously promo by EA for new syndicate) But damn this game is so brilliant you have to play it, one of the golden games of the PC pantheon and one of the legendary games that the late but great Bullfrog helped create. LONG LIVE ORIGINAL SYNDICATE!!!
