this is one of the most beautiful game i've ever played

Save your game every few minutes, as it crashes pretty often.

The scenes are really stunning. I liked the gameplay, I wish there were a little more in it to "do," however, it was still engaging. Save often, in Win 11 it was glitchy and would crash often. The game seemed to stabilize after I renamed the ddraw.dll file to ddraw.dll.bak per the forum comments about the game crashing at a particular scene in part 2.

I like p&c-adventures with good, interesting stories. When I have the time. For different reasons I have not played Syberia earlier, but I have heard a lot about it, so I finally decided to try it out. Conclusion: it exceeded all my expectations, and the game is certainly worth its praise. A well written story with interesting characters, beautiful graphics, good puzzles and several places to explore. I am glad I have played it, at last.

Syberia 1 & 2 are one of my favorite pc games of all time. The story is very good, as is the graphics. Being a mechanical engineer, loved all the automatons. Loved the clockwork train that zips along as well as any other train. Very few really good adventure games anymore. Which is unfortunate. I can't get into run amok, shoot em up games (pacifist). I've played all the Myst games, The Longest Journey series and all the other top rated adventure games and would put Syberia 1 & 2 in the top 5. Original Longest Journey has a better story. Exile was just great, as was Uru. Was a real treat to get this game again, especially for free. Original one was long gone to who knows where. For any true adventure gamer, this game has to be in their library!
