Sundered®: Eldritch Edition

I'm really saddened by the fact that this game is merely "ported" to linux and on my laptop (i5 6200u/ intel hd 520) it doesn't run even remotely smoothly at 640x480 on linux (kubuntu 16.04) but really well on windows 10 ( 1280x720 )... So i'll play it on my windows partition I guess... Nevertheless, the game is beautiful and the gameplay satisfying. Just be aware, if you want to play it on linux, you'd better have a dedicated gpu.

The game's a looker, I'll give it that. It’s unfairly difficult even on Normal, at least as far as I could manage to bare with it, as it regularly throws obscene amounts of mechanically uninspired enemies at you. Also, ran into to a few instances of it spawn monsters outside of the arena that it would lock the player into.

One of the best Metroidvania games out there. Good atmosphere, interesting story. I wish they make a prequel or sorts, or maybe a sequel. If you finish it on normal, play it on hard. Use att to block those shots. Got to use your udgrades wisely!

This game has been done before, over and over and over again. We have all seen the versions around throughout the years. THIS time there is a bit of a mix... With other stuff we have seen time and time again... Good Mixture. Metroid map style, Character level up style on " gold ". Map moves around upon death. " THEIR IS ALWAYS A MINI_MAP AND FULL MAP ON BUTTON PRESS " 4 Local Player Support... Stay together, Talk... You have this... Great System Requirements!

The game is visually great. But the gameplay is just running around beating up tons of enemies. There is hardly any story. Just an 'eery' voice commenting on where to go next. So there is no motivation to keep beating up the endless streams of the ever same enemies and the game becomes repetetive quickly.
