I like the game very much! The graphics is very good and the complexity is awesome!
Also the performance is great! I've set everything to high and 1080p resolution
on graphics settings andplaying very very smoothy using my i7 and onboard
intel iris pro 580 graphics card. So I think the specs shown here on gog are a little bit so high.
I sadly was also affected by crashing X.org when exiting the game. But the solution
was easy, simply run the game executable directy instead of the launching script.
Seems that there are libraries added by the script which caused the crash on X.org.
Also my sound doesn't really worked at the beginning until I directly launched the game
executable without the launcher script.
The one thing I might hold against this game is a lack of cutscenes/voiceovers, so if you are opposed to reading a fair amount of text, this might not be your cup of tea.
In every other aspect this is a true gem that you should not miss if you are a fan of the genre.
A well cared grand strategy game, which gets free updates even years after it's release, no pay to win, no microtransactions, great modsupport, what more could you ask for in a strategy game? DLC's are optional, but expand the game in a meaningsfull way.
