Solid addition to the PC Star Wars Crew

Aspyr fixed a lot of the Jank from the original controls and camera system. Its still present in some sections, but way more playable. Graphics look a lot better, though some of the older textures stand out next to the newer ones.

I'm just a simple man trying to lock on

It isn't a bad game but i do remember getting annoyed sometimes with climbing parts on some of the levels and also when you try to lock on to stuff. Graphically not great but it has been updated pretty well. Sound wise most of the original starwars sounds are in here somewhere and sound great although the music does get annoying sometimes starting up at wierd times and then just stoping but does not ruin the game much. The gamepad works well on this even if some of the controls are still a little awkward in areas. Overall i would give this a 6.5/10. E Chu Ta😁

A Complicated Profession...

I love this game. I loved it when it came out, and I love it still. It is not a perfect title, and a lot of the mechanics (I am looking at you lock on aiming) are pretty broken and unreliable. But it's a fun game, and the new coat of paint on it for the remaster is quite nice. Also it's a fun bit of star wars lore for those that love getting every extra little bit of information.

Jetpack Glitch in Stage 3

I love the game, going back down memory lane and playing this title again. But there's a jetpack glitch in level 3 where you cannot cross the chasms withtout the jetpack upgrade and if you need to use a continue there you may as well restart the whole level because the jetpack won't respawn and you're stuck. And I've gotten past the chasms twice and been sent back to a continue and can't so I'm just stuck on the stage.

A bit rough around the edges

The game ain't bad, i have no nostalgia for it since i never played the ps2 or gamecube version back then, it's still fun but it has some glaring issues like the controller bug where it takes you out of aiming randomly, or when it freaks out when trying to lock on onto something. The difficulty aint that bad but some areas might be frustrating due to the game throwing 15 or 20 npcs in a room some of them using heavy cannons or rocket launchers and its easy for them to stun lock you sometimes or get a few shots, you only have 5 continues to do the whole mission and since there is also some platforming to do if you lose some to platforming and some to combat in some encounters it might be a tad tedious having to re do the whole mission. Might be worth picking it on sale if you want to replay it on a modern system and you played the original, or you are a fan of the star wars franchise.
