Beats DOOM (2016) & DOOM ETERNAL!
I love Warhammer 40k, and this, next to the superb Warhammer 40k Space Marine is an outstanding shooter game. I can only speak for the Enhanced Edition however, and I did not experience any framerate drops or major bugs. The atmosphere and the look of the game is superb and I love the idea of having space ships being huge cathedrals in space with the Gothic architecture complete with stained glass windows. Unlike DOOM, you really feel like a Space Marine in power armor and not like a ballerina in a tutu like Doom Guy. Space Marines are bulky and slow and luckily there is no bs platforming or even jumping (DOOM: learn from this, NO jumping in a shooter!!!). I'll pick SPACE HULK DEATHWING over any DOOM game any time. It nails the atmosphere, I love the weapons and the enemies as well as the level design.

Slow and tactical
Played this with three friends on hardest difficulty and we had to redo missions more often than not but we also had to play as a team and strategical which was very satisfying so i guess, i can recommend the game. At least the multiplayer. Never touched the singleplayer but as far as i know, its the same as multiplayer but with useless bots.

It's kind of fun
Space Hulk: Deathwing is a very honest game from the great Warhammer 40k franchise. It has simple mechanics to learn with a good learning curve, and the company mode delivers a pretty good story. The gameplay is not tiring, but I think it lacked a little more refinement in the melee weapons. Many times, even at close range, it is better to use your main weapon than your secondary melee weapon. Other than that, it is a very fun game, it is not too tiring, and it allows you to understand part of the rich lore of Warhammer 40k.
