Great DND combat!
Pros: Let me start by saying that this game beats BG3 in combat, makes it true fun D&D without the awkwardness, barrelmancy, etc, etc. I'm a believer that BG3 will turn out to be a great game from Larian but clearly the combat leaves much to be desired in BG3, which Solasta does much, much better. I also happen to like the graphics overall, not so much the character graphics, but the environments are very nice. Gameplay feels good, crafting is fun, love the scavenger gathering junk concept, etc. Overall, If you like DND you'll definitely like this game, especially the combat. Cons: That being said, all of everything else BG3 does is much, much better. Overall graphics, storyline, epic feel of the game, wide world, etc. BG3 is indeed feeling like a triple A title that will be truly great if they fix the combat and remove the "Larian D:OS" feel out of it. Solasta will railroad your game, so don't expect to be able to explore. Storyline is "meh", dialogue is awful, budget is small, expect final number of classes/subclasses to be small due to the license, etc. Verdict: Fun little flawed gem that I was very excited to play and look forward to playing in full when complete, has loads of potential and makes me wish the team had a bigger budget. Very much worth the price of admission for DND combat fans. Has a tabletop feel to it when you play it, amongst friends. I like graphics but some won't, rest of features definitely feel the small budget. 4 out of 5 stars, would recommend.
