One of the best DnD games out there
Story is a bit meh, but the gameplay rocks. I also really like the clean UI and visibility of the dice rolls.

Solasta: A Crown Jewel
I picked this one up in Early Access and was blown away. My official YouTube review was a "hell yes, go buy this game," and I'm reiterating that statement here. Absolutely pick this game up and support Tactical with their first product. It's a bit rough around the edges in some areas, but in my mind that only adds to the charm of this being a lot like an actual tabletop game, with some cheesy dialogue from your friends as you deal with bad rolls and surprising situations. The combat on normal mode was quite challenging, and I had to re-do several of the fights, with easy mode = walk in the park. I haven't tried anything beyond that point yet, but the normal mode was good enough for me for my first run, which got me right around 30 hours of gameplay doing all the side quests I came across (not sure if I missed any). All in all, a solid first outing from a fledgling studio, and I hope to see more from them in the future!

Mediocre
Decent combat with weak story, animations and world.

Battle
All i can say is AC rules in the lower levels. Do whatever you can to get it as high as possible, even if it just one more point. Then Cast Bane at level 2 and 4 baddies cant hurt you unless they roll a nat 20

Less then i had goped for
For me this was the most frustrating implementation of the D&D system. Too many times i got 6-7 misses in a row and the enemy got 4-5 crits in a row. Maybe i was just in my head but i could swear there was something wrong with that dice. The loot unfortunately is very boring. You will not find many unique items in your playthrough. And because i did not feel like playing a wizard and so did not have an Arcana proficient character, i could not craft my own items, so 80% of the ingredients i gathered were useless. The voice acting is not AAA, nor is the graphics, expecially the beards which i fould a bit weird looking, nor is the story. But to be fair, it does not cost as much as a AAA. Overall it was a decent effort, i wish the devs great success in the future. They have a solid base to build and improve upon. One playthrough is enouth for me.
