For macOS 10.13 and 10.12 please use the beta branch - to access it in GOG Galaxy use the Customize button (on the right of the Play button) -> Manage installation -> Configure. Once there, from the drop down menu, under the "Installation" section, please select the "MacOS 10.13 and Older" and press OK. The game should be automatically updated to this version. GOG GALAXY is not supported for macOS 10.11 and below and so, in this case, please use the offline installers for your version of the game.

Game Mechanics in Perfection
Slay the Spire is by far the best Deck Building Game out there for PC. One of the 2 best games of 2018, and mechanically the best game since FTL

Slay the Spire
Hyper deckbuilding strategy light on the roguelike that's as complex as you want it to be. On the surface it's more or less a 40 minute game you'll either win or lose but deeper investment into the game rewards you with plenty -- more characters with their own decks, hidden card combinations, and relics and potions that further customise your build. Slay the Spire has a randomised choose your own adventure layout spread out into three acts. There's a heavy risk-reward gamble at almost every turn and it's up to you how to progress beyond each event and boss. You'll eventually unlock daily challenges and custom adventures that change up the meta. There will be comparisons to other deckbuilders, but this is one of the best available.

The definitive roguelite deckbuilder
The game is getting on in years, still has some janky bugs and quite frankly doesn't look the best visually. But it's still the one I keep coming back to time and again for my fix, because the mechanics are so tightly designed. Anyone with a mind for roguelites and/or deckbuilders should give this a try at least once.

highly enjoyable game, a lot of replay
I put this game down for a few months and then picked it back up. Initially I didnt really get what made a good deck and it detracted a little from my enjoyment but once I figured out how its different from other deck games I have truly loved this game. The art is amazing and unique and its fast paced but full of strategy and every run is a new challenge. Its a really fun game.
