A Milestone

SC2000 was a major breakthrough over the old SimCity, and it's importance and influence cannot be underestimated. But if you never played SimCity before - I would recommend starting with SC3000 - essentially the same, but much better usability.

GOG are awesome!

This was my first purchase from GOG and money well spent it was. I wasnt sure if this would run on Windows 7 but the executable that GOG gives you (DRM FREE!!!! XD) actually comes with DOSBOX built into it so it just works straight away, no need to faff around setting it up! I will now be buying all my games from GOG.

Many Sim, Much City, WOW!

This epic battle of good VS. evil is an endless tail of tyranny. With no recourse for your poor choices that you force down the throats of your subjects, this game is perfect for the dictator in your family. It's been used to train proper dictator etiquette for decades. Those who are successful at making life difficult for those who contribute, should consider this game a pre-curser to becoming an "elected" official. This game can only really be enjoyed on a peasant-free gaming platform. r/PCmr. G_P -MV

Does not work on Windows XP

The mouse is uncontrollable in Windows XP. It's beyond me how somebody would dare to release this.
