I want Allien Crossfire

This game is a masterpiece. I can spend an entire day playing this game. I still have my Alpha Centauri CD but unfortunately lost the Alien Crossfire. I will wait until GOG bundle this with AC, only then I will buy it.

Nice to revisit

Love this game. It's lovely to revisit it even if it does crash all the time. I'm glad I didn't pay a lot for this version. I would pay more for one that worked better (I am using 10.9.3)

Must have been amazing in 1999

I could see this being an amazing game in its day but here in 2014 I just couldn't get into it. Also not a fan of sci-fi and lasers and prefer the historical battle units of Civ. The massive amount of technologies to research was interesting but I didn't like how I had to configure my units every time a new military development was discovered.
