A game unworthy of my time.

This game cheats, blatantly so. I will never again buy any product with the 'Sid Meier' branding as this company refuses to produce any fair and balanced game at all.

I bought that game in 1999

But I remember that was a waste of money since in my case I hate the tourns based games , Maybe that game could be fine for who like games like Civilization III
