The later levels are so chaotic and generous with bullet time i forgot witch way would i fall once i ended the slow motion. 40+ kills in one contious bullet time, with a moveset so free and fluid and a camera that allows for unrestricted movement,mixed with the low poly aestethic while needing to do headshots,grab a new gun when ammo runs low ,slide/wallrun/leap to avoid damage will get you in 'the zone' so hard that you will forgot where you will fall when bullet time ends.
if you enjoy bullet time then this is the game for you. the story isnt realy that crazy but man the gameplay is sensational. I've only played the campaign FYI. Looking forward to checking out the other game modes. Also bought this on sale but I would consider buying a physical copy to support the developers.
Severed Steel is to the point: with fast paced, no holds barred action, bullet time, brilliant movement that's as fluid as butter, and the right amount of depth to the gunplay that it works like ballet with the movement. It's stylish, unique, takes inspiration from Superhot and the Matrix movie, as well as from arena shooters of old when things are moving at normal speed. The weapon selection is awesome, and there's absolutely nothing else like it. Brilliant game
This game is wicked addicting.
I unfortunately blasted through story very fast but it's got plenty of bonus modes.
If you like games like Ghost Runner and dig techy music, pump this into your veins
