Description
In the near future, during their first interstellar travels, humans encounter a great evil that has been roaming the galaxy for the last few eons. This evil being is an incarnation of the last ancient immortals called Notorious Mental. Mental has set forth to wipe out the Human Race, just for fun, as it has with all the other civilizations in galactic history.

But the enemy has underestimated Earth’s defenses, a secret weapon left by the Sirians, an ancient race which fought against Mental on Earth in ancient times. This device, called the Timelock, will enable Special Forces veteran Sam 'Serious' Stone to return to the time of ancient Egypt and assassinate Mental, saving Mankind from extinction.

In a world where cyberpunk meets fantasy and hi-tech devices are mixed with black magic and psychic powers, Sam travels from the beautiful world of ancient Egypt through many diverse planets, confronting hordes of Mental's hideous minions on his way to the final showdown at Notorious Mental's lair.

This game is a master piece

This game marked special place in my heart, I got it on almost every platform. The game is also good playing it on easy, meaning it is kinda satisfying to walk through the desert with this soundtrack. While also satisfyingly killing the enemies with less ammo. Message to croteam Dodaj te ostale serious Sam igre ovde na gog to barem i HD verzije ako neće te I revolution, ja volim ovde da kupujem, jer mogu sa telefona da skinem igre u kafiću jer mi je internet odvratan kući. Želim vam prijatan dan ko god ovo čita :)

Childhood dream game; still great

Launched SSam for the first time in ~20 years. It`s still a great game. Mechanics are simple and fun. There are not many modern alternatives.

Great Game

One of the best things about this game is that it doesn't take itself too seriously. The backgrounds are gorgeous, even now. When it was first released they were even more impressive. A lot of fun and wonderfully entertaining.

Still kicks ass in 2025

I first played this game on Vista at a buddy's house way back in the day and I played it religiously until I had to go home. So when I saw this game on sale for less than a pound I knew I what to do. I cannot recommend this game enough for anyone curious.
