Needs WAY More Time In The Oven
I wanted to give this game a fair chance and I did pick it up at a slight discount making the "Early Access" tag a bit less of a concern for me but this title certainly needs a lot more work before it ever goes up, even in early access. I'll be totally honest, I'm running an Intel Core i5 from seven years ago with plenty of ugrades to help it run programs like Maya, Zbrush, etc. and all of the specs exceed the listed minimum and maximum recommendations. Despite all this, I have gotten the game to boot all the way to the main menu once where it then hard crashed the PC to the point it took three reboots before the system really started working correctly (GOG would then launch and crash the PC again) and an additional 30 minutes of work before the system even started recognizing there was a second monitor again. I haven't gotten the game to boot past the developer introduction card or even the initial black screen since, leaving me to wonder if the game is just poorly optimized in its current state or if there is some possible malware in the title causing some serious issues. Again, I really wanted to give the game a decent chance as I have had some great early access indie experiences and I always try to look for the positives even in titles with problems, but the title is so incompatible and unoptimized I can't even get into the game to tell anyone what it is like or what you'll experience. Maybe with some more work and significant title updates I will give this game another shot, but, as it stands, the only purpose this seems to serve is crashing in general.
