Feel like Robocop, glitches and all?
So I have been wanting to get this game for a long time and when I saw it was coming to GOG I was pretty excited cause I wanted to have it here instead of on steam. Everything played pretty well, I did have a few crashes for some reason like "to many things on screen" or something error came up I don't remember. But otherwise it played pretty well. I beat the game 3 times (using new game plus for 2 of them) and trying to unlock all the different gun circuit boards to find the best one I like. Unfortunately a problem with gog galaxy with it's cloud sync was it was taking up to much space. The problem in game is there is no option to delete old saves for some reason? Why in this day and age can't you delete saves within the game? So I wanted to remove very old saves so the gog galaxy sync issue wouldn't be an issue anymore. So I went into the game files and deleted a bunch of the old saves. I stupidly didn't just move them temp. to a different spot first. After that I loaded in the last level of the game again because new game plus wasn't working right for some reason. It sent me to a glitched out final level of the game where you could see through certain assets etc. I managed to beat the final enemy and end credits roll. I then try new game plus figuring now it should start from the beginning no problem.. instead it loads back up the final level again. WTF? I realized it wont work right anymore cause I deleted a bunch of the old files (but I still had like a dozen or so saves saved. No matter what I cannot use new game plus anymore. This means I have to replay the whole game without the new game plus. I will just have to wait till months/years later to replay it so it's not fresh in my mind. Just stinks it ended on a sour note. I am hoping for a sequel to the game though cause it would be a lot of fun to see and do more things for the game. This game really does make you feel like robocop, it was a lot of fun to play through.
