Great Ancient Egypt Myst-like adventure
I found this adventure very enjoyable. The game is situated in present times, where you get to explore the ancient Pyramids of Giza. The initial areas are (to my knowledge) fairly faithful recreations of the real Sphinx and Great Pyramid, and additionally the game includes many interesting fictional locations within this complex. Compelling aspects of this game are exploring the Ancient Egyptian setting with its many interesting environments and locations, the music, and the overall atmosphere. And I also liked how it meshes with the real-world Giza complex. Almost all of the puzzles in this game consist in finding the key or combination for some kind of lock. You will have to find items and/or clues which are typically scattered, and "putting them together" gives you the key or combination for the next lock. So don't expect math or logic puzzles, or the kind of puzzles where you have to figure out some system or machine. That said, I found the puzzles enjoyable and well-designed. There is a lot of variety in the shape and form that clues take. Just be prepared for a lot of "pixel hunting" in Myst-like environments. Often, clues and items are well-hidden, so you have to carefully explore every nook and cranny (the couple of times I got stuck was because I had missed some nook). All in all, I don't think the game is particularly difficult and can be solved with patience, careful exploration and observation, and note-taking (the in-game camera is also very handy).
