Work on Lubuntu 18.04x64 (with PoL 4.3.4 + wine x64 5.2) - IPX /tcp-ip not working (multiplayer/coop crash) - no wiki, no doc, manual useless, - 640x400 ONLY - if you install DIrectPlay, game crash on start - launcher need resetup option every time - freeze onload area - no desciption on item, you need go on merchant for understand maybe what are this item - unplayble if you don't download map on web - Fucking Dragon with 350HP and RAPE you - 1dmg with lvl 9 + rank 8 on weapon ? seriusly ? - Respawn to hight, sometime just turn around and you see 3mob more. - spell bar are to small - you can't learn 2nd "tech" beacause the cinematic are bugged - you can't exit of room if you start the cinematic - you can kill the trainer, but you can't exit to the room too. - no dialogue on FIRST interaction. with important NPC. (wizard invoc you before executing guard) - sometime you hit 1dmg, sometime 15 and sometime 150 ... hello ? consistency ? are you die ? - if you load game, sometime load screen crash the game - day/night light are cool, but very bugged (push O and just clic on "OK" many times" + Cool word + Cool music + combat with light/heavy and charge. + the caracter are a asshole, and nobody like him, and it's fun = Take back ma money ! ==> tips and map gog.com/forum/revenant/starter_tips_for_newforgot_how_to_play_players/post2

I fondly recall Revenant from my Win98 days, and played it through the end back then. I had hoped to revive that memory, but I can't seem to get it to work. Win10 native, Win7 VM, WinXP VM, in all of them it crashes directly at start with the same DirectX DDERR... message. I don't know what system GOG used to package and test this game, but it seems to be none of those available to me.

Ingame Music is not working, otherwise a nice classic.

It won't start the launch of the game. Windows 10 . 3 out of 4 games that I bought last night are not working :(

Fantastic game, a nice mix between RPG and hack and slash, if you enjoy a decent story, good combat and decent levels you will enjoy this game.
