Beware
Disgustingly overhyped title, after 1.5h of playing I have been so annoyed/bored with it I had to remove it from my machine for eternity. The "game" is basically 2 things: 1) watching movie from the end to the beginning 2) trying to map dead people and their fate to a documentation book and reconstruct the whole story. The idea maybe does not sound so bad, on the paper, but: For part 1) there is endless series of cutscenes and those are SO INCREDIBLY SLOW with no possibility to skip no matter what key you press - like well yeah I saw the beast crushing a guy already so lets move on now but you will be forced to stay at that cutscene for another 2minutes - ANNOYING AF! For part 2) The book is enormous, there are like 40 dead people on the boat and you have to solve each and every individual fate but honestly - I DO NOT ****** CARE about what happen to third or second mate or what is the henchman name are or whatever! I am interested the important things like the main storyline and actually playing a game not endlessly browsing through some ***** book and trying to map 40^3 things to its place - what a terrible game design. (If I would like to do think like that, I would just find myself mathematical/logic riddles like "Einstein's five houses riddle" which is actually fun since you have all the requirements at hand without watching 10hours of cutscenes and retrospectively spending 20hours browsing through them through the ***** book) I recommend not waste my time/money on this **** - unless you are a masochist, with a lot of free time and no goals in your life then you can "play"(read grind) this game to completion.
