I give this game a 5 S.T.A.R.S
The most atmospheric game I've ever played. I’ve been playing this classic since I was a kid. I remember being so scared of this game that I would call my sister to play it instead, and I’d just watch. I stopped playing this game for many years because there wasn't any legal way to play it, but now, thanks to GOG, I can play this masterpiece again. I missed playing this so much. Resident Evil 3 Nemesis gives a strong sense of hopelessness. The city is dead, and there are only monsters roaming the streets of Raccoon City. If that isn't enough, Nemesis is constantly stalking you, never letting you feel safe. I remember I used to beat Nemesis easily, but now I’m having a hard time defeating him due to not playing it for years. The original will always be better than the R3MAKE. It feels so good to explore the Clock Tower, Park, and Dead Factory again after playing the remake for almost 5 years. I love everything about the original RE3 – the atmosphere, the soundtracks, the pre-rendered backgrounds, the combat, and the characters. Every time I play the original, I feel depressed, and this clearly shows that the developers succeeded in making the player feel truly alone in Raccoon City. Exploring the streets and hearing distant moans of zombies will never fail to give me a sense of dread. Huge thanks to GOG for bringing this masterpiece to their digital platform. I'm very happy to own this game in my library, with no worries about trying to fix it with third-party software. Resident Evil 3 Nemesis is an easy 10/10 for me. This game was way ahead of it's time. <3
