Annoying additions and overly political
Rebuild 3 has a lot of improvements in terms of smoothing out the gameplay but it also introduces annoying and unenjoyable aspects. Like the factions who are frustratingly invulnerable to zombie hordes, Gustav endlessly trying to sell prostitutes to you and treated as a positive choice, and survivors becoming unhappy so easily. The game wants you to connect to survivors. But I stopped caring when the 12th effeminate gasmask guy forced me to read the same stock story at intervals just to grant him a new skill. You can marry but only who the game wants you to marry, which will be half of the same-sex survivors and never the guy I spent every mission with. And lastly, if you couldn't tell, this game is openly political. You'll have positive representation of a Muslim woman wearing a hijab but the only Christians you'll find are the ones starting a cult and riding motorcycles and gunning down innocent people. This isn't alien, aspects of this are present in the first two games but a lot less antagonist and apparent. I bought and played this while it was in beta (or alpha, I can never tell the difference) and quickly regretted it. I'm perfectly happy with the first two free versions of the games.

Fun and Easy to Get Into
This game is just flat out fun...'nuff said. It's a steal at its price point. Sure wish I had known it was coming to GOG though...stupid Steam...*Grumble*

Game is great, the GoG platform is not
I bought this game on GoG and realized i like it a lot and wanted to upgrade to the deluxe edition for the extra goodies. This was about 2-5 days after I bought the game. I realized at this point that the deluxe edition is avaialble on all other platforms but GoG(Steam/Humble). As I didn't want to buy the game multiple times I asked for a refund on GoG as they didn't have the demuxe/expansion which they promptly refused. At this point I either have to payfor the game again or not experience the deluxe version. The game is definitely worth it, just avoid platforms that don;t have the expansion/upgrade like GoG

From the looks of it only minor polish
I remember playing Rebuild as a free web game. It was fun, casual and interesting. This version doesn't seem to have enough polish and extra features to warrant buying at 10+ $ in comparison to the free web games Rebuild and Rebuild 2. However it does seem to do better in that regard than Sickness Inc. which is a spin off from a free web based game as well. (Review based on past experience with the browser versions, did not buy the game)
