One of the best RPGs ever
Great story, amazing feeling. Played all three games of the trilogy, all three are fantastic

The Adventure Ends Here!
Realms of Arkania 2 was by far, one of my favorite RPG games - EVER. It became the center of what my own D&D games would have a feel for. Realms of Arkania 3 is great - but my only REAL complaint is that it primarily takes place in a city environment and takes away some of the landscape traveling seen in the previous games. The game is tough - and requires a lot of time, patience - and in some cases, when you head into the dungeons - some map making skills (graph paper will be your best friend). Lots of characters to interact with - at times, you will need to write down names and clues, because it's an older game, it doesn't give you "way points" on where to go next. Definitely a fun - but difficult - game! Prepare for weapons to break, losing shoes in the mud or mountains, and launching unusually sounding spells and being ambushed while your party sleeps!

!
This game was so much ahead of its time it's incredible! System is quite well thought-out and you feel immediately that you are playing just one small adventure in it. Kudos, makers,

Fantastic atmosphere; fine gameplay
I remember breathing this game when I was a kid. Shadows over Riva had a complex mystery set in an almost Lovecraftian setting. Exploring Riva and its surroundings was a particular pleasure, and I can't remember another game that gave me so many surprising choices as to how I wanted to build my party of adventurers. The only drawback I can remember is that the open area of Riva is cut short towards the end, and you are pretty much stuck facing the final dungeon or getting an arrow to the neck. There are plenty of sidequests but the main story is not only you'd like to keep away from long.

Pure FRP joy
An obscure title when i played it for the first time.It gives players a huge amount of freedom, it’s packed full of unique options and offers a huge world full of interesting quests. When you begin your quest, you are handed a pre-generated party of six members, but it's much more fun to create your own party. It's not just sword weilding or magic that's in the atributes of characters, but there is also bad atributes like cowardice,or silly ones like dancing. The combat is turn-based,which i liked, but it can be frustrating to see half of your party drop dead after a single enemy blow. The story is great and well presented. If you are a hardcore RPG fan,you must get this game.
