The best sandbox railway strategy game!

It's old, but, AFAIK, it really hasn't been surpassed. Nice balance of graphics and gameplay. It gets a bit tedious when you're trying to do things at scale, like replacing the engines for dozens of trains all at the same time, but that's a small price to pay.

Nostalgia!

Loved this game as a kid,but never played it properly, i just wanted to use the cheats and expand the biggest railways, come back 20 years later to do the campaign and the nostalgia alone is enough to make me want to complete it. Excellent Tycoon game.

Entertaining and engaging

I orginally bought this game long ago when it first came out. Glad to find it still available. Great way to spend time. The game play is sophisticated and engaging. Economics tied with engineering, route planning and business management.
