Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition Official Soundtrack
Description
Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition includes the unaltered original version and the Enhanced Edition in one definitive collection exclusively on GOG.com. (The original version will be automatically added to your account after purchase.) The original Planescape: Torment was released in 1999 to widespread critical acclaim. It won RPG of the Year from multiple outlets for its unconventional story, characters, and amazing soundtrack. Since then, millions of Planescape: Torment fans have enjoyed exploring the strange and dangerous city of Sigil and surrounding planes through the Nameless One's eyes.

Discover an incredibly rich story and a setting unlike anything else in fantasy. Defeat strange and alien creatures, engage in rich dialogue, and explore the dark and dangerous Planescape setting in this 50+ hour RPG classic.

This is Planescape: Torment like you’ve never seen before."What can change the nature of a man?" - You are the Nameless One, a hulking figure covered in scars and tattoos collected over the course of countless lives—none of which you can remember, but are now coming back to haunt you. You are prodded awake by Morte, a floating skull and keeper of secrets, to embark on an adventure taking The Nameless One from the dirty streets of Sigil into the mysterious Outer Planes and even into the depths of Hell itself.

Portals riddle the planar metropolis of Sigil, providing access to anywhere in existence, but only if you have the proper key. Known as the "City of Doors," Sigil is a neutral ground where demons, devas, and races from across the multiverse gather under the watchful shadow of the Lady of Pain, the city's enigmatic ruler. This is a place where the word is mightier than the sword, where thought defines reality, and belief has the power to reshape worlds.

In your search for answers, you'll find companions matching the bizarre nature of the planes: a chaste succubus who can kill with a kiss, a confused crossbow-wielding cube, a suit of armor animated by a spirit demanding JUSTICE, and more. With these companions and others at The Nameless One’s side, you will explore worlds in search of answers, all to discover that some destinies cannot be escaped and some memories cost more than an even an immortal can bear.

Long time coming

I do own PS:T classic, bought it here on GOG. Unfortunately, halfway through the game, I couldn't finish it. The dialog is kinda difficult to read, the UI is awful, everything is jaggy etc. The quality is too removed from BG:EE and BG 2:EE (which I own, loved and finished). Funny story: One week ago, I said to myself, "Man, I wish beamdog make PS:T Enhanced edition". Then, one week later, here it is launched. LOL. I didn't know this thing was even in the works. My wish came true in a week, haha. Now, I definitely will buy this and finish this game. And btw, you can bet I have another wish: Icewind Dale 2: Enhanced Edition.

Please Donald Trump put Beamdog in jail

Antscape: Eyetorment This is a hyped mod not worth a penny and all 5/5 are Beamdog shills, the rape of The Baldurs Gate Saga by these SJW money grubbers is infamous at this point, this is "just" at best a character assassination. "MUH ZOOM" for 21.15$!!! What made this game stand out when compared to Baldurs Gate, except for the story? The gritty zoomed in feel, you were IN the world, it was in your face. It even had a Fallout feel to it. I honestly laughed my ass off when they showed off this "epic" feature in their trailer, it looks like a joke, it is a joke, it makes a mockery of the original game. Be honest, not a single one off you ever wanted a zoom out feature in the first place, and if you did you expected it in a patch for free, not 21.15$... Have fun with the next Beamdog installation, maybe your dreams will finally come true and you can play Red Alert at 3840×2160 for 24.95$.

SCREW THIS VERSION - BUY THE DISC...!!!

I actually have the disc of this game and it is great, but THIS PORT??? HORRIBLY DEVELOPED and a waste of my money. The balancing has been greatly defiled and the game VERY SLOW and unbeatable. If you have no self-esteem... and you LOVE being punished, while slowly creeping along to infuriating grinding and grinding, wasting ALL of your precious real-time you will NEVER get back again, then by all means - BY ALL MEANS - if you are STUPID ENOUGH not to heed my warning, then buy this game, end up here with the same story, and don't say, "I didn't warn you". SHAME ON YOU, GOG for destroying my memories of a once-great game

biggest let down in YEARS!

i remember hearing about planescape back in 99.21 years of hype surround this trashcan fire.i LOVED tides of numenara on ps4 and decided to finally play THIS game as well.THE GAME IS BUGGY AS HELL!!!!!its the goddamn enhanced edition for 4k monitors, sold at 20(!) euros.for a game from 99....that was as a 'free' game on pc magacine dvds back in 2002....20(!!) euros....some bugs whouldnt let me finish a sidequest, whouldnt let me join a fraction(big deal breaker in an rpg!!!!!).tons of bugs in a 2d isometric game from the 90s!!!! the game itself can only be described as underwhelming.numenara is lightyears more fun and better written, with a more satisfiing end.i allways expectet it to get good now, but it didnt.the gamedesign is unfair and clunky.it robbed me of discovering curst for example, and at the (aprupt, out of the blue)ending....well if ive had a hardcopy, id have trown it into the trashbin.20 bucks and about 80hours of my life ill never get back.i have NO interesst in playing icewind dale now, thats for sure.this is one of the games like deus ex,that have this nymbus of the untouchable surrounding them but get esily bestet by their succesors.to think that ff9 came out about the same time, was in 3d and had 1 (hard to find) buck, and this pos has GAMEBREAKING bucks that are abvious as f*** and never ever got patched out...jesus christ......STAY FAR AWAY from this overrated smug rip off.

Ruined by terrible gameplay

The only reason this game gets 2 stars instead of only 1 is because of the great story and setting. Unfortunately Planescape: Torment is completely ruined by the shi++y Infinity Engine and its terrible gameplay: - prepare to read a lot. Only the first line of each novel-like dialogue is voiced and you'll be talking (reading) a LOT. When I want to read I'll open a book - not a PC game! - combat is the same as in Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 which means it's the terrible realtime with pause which is a terrible design decision. Luckily you can avoid combat for the most parts. Unfortunately this means you have to read a lot and choose the right dialogue options. You also need to have the right "configuration" (brains instead of muscles) This game needs a remake (with turn-based combat and fully voiced dialogues and LESS talking). But the OG and the "Enhanced" version are not good.
