Great, but it's the only one!
It doesn't take long to realize that PCBS is probably the only decent simulator involving pc components available at the moment. And you can tell that actual effort was put there to ensure that as many brands as possible were added to the game. Devs keeps adding to the game frequently, with a very lively community of followers. Trouble is, if you really are into computers, and like me you've been playing for the last two years or so (originally bought from Steam), the overall experience will never feel completely satisfying. So yes, all I'm saying is that the game is very engaging and fulfilling, but never hardcore enough. You want to put parts together and feel the hardship of perhaps mismatching or mounting something wrongly just like irl? Nope, it's all guided. You want to experience the difficulties involved with troubleshooting bios and drivers at your first boot? Nope, it's pretty much all good as long as you put all the required components. As unfortunate as it sounds, despite the huge potential, I believe PCBS is at most an entry level simulator that delivers only in the simple showcasing - as you can make some very good looking builds with or without liquid cooling, given the great variety of original cases available. And if you ever get excited or dreamy, it will always keep your feet to the ground with issues like poorly optimized graphics engine, lack of depth in several occasions, excessive grindind in career mode, too many dlc's (even if this can be debatable) and an eSports expansion that disappoints for its short longevity and poor variety. I still feel like rating this game high because honestly you can tell it's a game made with love in which you can spend a few hundreds of hours easily, but personally I got tired of hoping a level of depth which probably will never be there. If ever on good discount, it's a must have, but be careful, it takes many dlc's and one expansion to get the full product experience!
