I am a long time Ocean Trader player and I bought this one thinking it would be nice to have an economical simulator/RPG, boy was I wrong. Literally everything in this game is terrible - the freedom of doing everything results in doing nothing, as literally giving your only ship over to the pirates does nothing for the game to consider you instantly bankrupt, which you are, but wait - THERE IS MORE -following that I took out a loan and commissioned a burglary at a competitor (there were no competitors' offices in town) and joined the Trading eague for the rest of the loan resulting in me being "THE MOST RESPECTED INEXPERIENCED TRADER", with 0 money to my name, 0 goods and 0 ships but wait, there is still more - after that I took out two more loans, and bought weapons with a little bit of that gave a 10 thousands+ donation to the church and the extension of it (while having no materials in the city to build anything) resulting in .... NOTHING bad to myself, then I received an official letter of investigation for the BURGLARY which never happened, and I had to pay a fine of 500 of which I had none - owing to the loans I didn't intend to pay back in the first place, but wait there is more - the pirates returned and gave back some thousands for boarding, robbing and sinking a merchant vessel, and still nobody caught me? At that point, I got bored of still being considered a respectable trader gentlemen and deleted the game. Now the serious flaws in there lie not only with the absence of realism coupled with an excruciating level of detail of the management operations, but also with the "hints" being totally useless, seeriously I increased my income only because I just bought things on a hunch, unrelated to the offered "strategy". To add insult to injury - the developers made it an RTS, yes, in addition to stupid and clunky "irrealism" you're losing ingame money every minute you are not trading. Nuff said - a German classic which maked you wanna eat a bullet indeed

The file is corrupted and it won't download via gogdownloader. So download it instead via browser, you might actually get the setup file to your computer, at which point you will be notified that the file package is corrupted. Don't waste your time, you have other options.
