You must battle time, nature, and half the human race to save your people. Command one of two rival colonies through 24 challenging, real-time missions - each requiring new strategies and tactics at every turn.

Loved This Game

Outpost 2 was a lot of fun. I spent a lot of time on it as a kid. I've always wished it had a random map for the colony games to get a little more replay value. I think there are mods out there, but I hate trying to figure that stuff out. I'm hoping someone will make a modern version based heavily on the look and feel of this one.

Great game with a great backstory...

I can understand that some people weren't impressed, but I enjoyed it back then - and even more now. Especially since I've taken the time now to read the backstory for all the chapters. It's like a scifi-novel plus game bundle.
