Love it!

As many others, I got the game on Epic, since I didn't know it was coming to GOG, but I did play it in full. I guess I am one of the lucky ones, since I got NO bugs, just an intriguing story and cool gameplay mechanics. It's not super original but it's still really enjoyable to play through. I watched the trailer and decided to get the game. Having completed it now, I think I got what I expected, based on that trailer, and more.

Decent, intriguing story; so-so gameplay

First off, I would not buy this unless it's on sale for $10 or less. The game is quite short with no replayability, which in itself is fine. Stories Untold was great for what it is. I think Observation is only "good" for what it is. The sci-fi story is intriguing and you will want to know what's happens next, although it's a little confusing and open-ended. Which could be good or bad depending on your tastes. There is definitely an initial novelty to the gameplay but it kind of wears off after the first few sections. It's repetitive but not insanely repetitive; helped by the fact that the game is short. The puzzle gameplay isn't really going to test your intellect much. The hardest parts involve deciphering diagrams and things like that but even those were quite easy. There are also parts of the game which is basically pixel-hunting which isn't particularly fun and made me want to use a walkthrough to find things. That being said, the game does encourage you to explore and doesn't always hand-hold you, so that could be good if you're into that. Even in March 2021, when I played this, there are still bugs. A couple bugs that I encountered include NPCs clipping through walls which forced me to guess where the NPC is and me not being able to proceed through a section because a cutscene triggered before it was supposed to, forcing a re-load of the save. Speaking of saves, as others have mentioned, there is only one save slot and there is no way to manually save. So backup your save just in case (it's in your Appdata/LocalLow folder) Overall: Decent, short adventure game with a good story & mediocre gameplay. Wish they would fix the bugs though. Also, please pay attention to the seizure warning if it affects you.

No one can hear you scream in space

This is a narrative game, is not scary, is not action focused, the gamplay focuses in troubleshooting a space station that is in a mysterious mission where things go wrong pretty quickly, the puzzles aren't hard, controls just fine, graphics are gorgeous,I love that retrofuturistic look, (yes, the 90s was a long time ago, big oof) and the ambnient music sets a dreadful mood, all in all, it's pretty fun cinematic experience, highly recommended if you enjoy narrative games.

Doesn't work with Xbox Series controller

Game runs if my controller is turned off. As soon as I turn it on it simply crashes. Looks like an interesting game but I'm not gonna play it on keyboard and mouse.

Awesome and unique

This is one of those game you want to do again to catch details and stories parts you missed during your first time. The story is really good, you play as an AI on a space station waking up after an incident. You will assist Emma, an astronaut in her quest to understand what the hell is going on. This is a criptic story and at the end i stayed before my screen, thinking about what i just played, trying to remember all, because the end let you with so much questions. The gameplay is simple, you either control cameras or a little ball that can "fly" all over the station, connecting to everything you can : doors, computer, devices..., to progress in the story. You will face puzzle and riddles you need to solve to see the end of the game. I encourage exploration to gather notes that will help you know each memeber of the crew and the relationship between them. The atmosphere is great, you really have the impression to explore the ISS, there is no sense of up and down just like in space. The music is awesome, adding a mysterious/heavy touch on the ritth time. Some blackspot : cameras are moving really slowy so it's a little frustrating and there is so many details and objects that sometimes you are lost not knowing where to go or what to do. If you like space, thriller and mysterious story that will let you with more questions than answers at the end this is the game for you.
