Fun Game but needs a bit of optimisation
It's a really fun game to play, not bored, so much to do but i sometimes get a fps drop.

Great, but needs some optimization.
Game running okay on my system with an i7 and a GTX 970. Have seen a great variety of species yet. 3 star systems in and already got killed by pirates in space. It's not bug free, but it's not that bad. Because of bad performance I withhold 1 star, otherwise I would have given 5.

white screen
If you get only a white screen with the title, press and hold the key 'E' until the game starts. You will still have to wait some minutes until it truly begins.

Needs to be optimized better
The game as it stands is not a bad game. The planets appear large and different and while some are going to look similar you can only ask for so much when aspects of the game are generated randomly and only have so many resources to pull from so that is in the eye of the beholder who needs something new all the time or can appreciate the uniqueness of what is there similar to minecraft. There is a large focus on crafting, building and gathering resources and while every thing appears to look great but even with the lowest settings the game chugs very roughly and things do pop in as many other reviews have said and it appears some can not even get the game to launch or it randomly freezes. I never ran into these problems but the game is near unplayable from crawl of the pace as articles struggle to manifest into the world. I think when the game is patched a little more you will enjoy the world and what it has to offer. If the description of the game got you wanting to play it then you wont miss any thing when you do but be warned that you have to have a top of the line computer to play it in its current state. Give it a week or two and see if things clear up before paying the hefty price.
