NeverSynth

"NeverSynth is a 3rd person game that is a RHYTHM driving simulator. " - that's a lie, gameplay and music isn't synced, and the "beats" you collect is simply currency. It's a simple runner like temple run or subway serfer- with one advantage and that is being add-free and without in-app shop. I kinda liked it, but 2-3 songs that it have gets annoying really quick. It has an option to select your own, but it couldn't find my mp3s... Also controller kinda works in the menu, but stops working at car/music selection and doesn't work in-game. It would be great if the controller worked, though it's not listed as supported on GoG (unlike steam) my scores: 1/5 - this "game" shouldn't exist 2/5 - I guess someone might like it, but I regret buying it. 3/5 - I had some fun with it and do not regret buying it. 4/5 - I had completed this game and had overall good time with it. 5/5 - It's a great game, one of the bestest of all time!

This game is an endless runner that was given a stop point. Things are spawned randomly so trying to follow the music is pointless. When the music ends the level is over. All money earned is added to your total. Hit small blocks to get $10. Avoid tall block or you lose $50. Money unlocks new levels that have different backgrounds and new cars. The game is grindy as the cheapest option for a new level is $10,000. The music is what you expect for something with synth in its name. You can add your own if you don't like it. The song changes everytime you play a level so at least it tries to not be annoying. It's not original in assets or idea, but it isn't the worst thing on GOG. If heavily discounted and you just want something to pass time, you have worse options than this.

Switch from lane to lane to collect money on the road. The level is finished when the song stops. Collect money to unlock any of the 5 other cars or 5 other tracks. I finished 1 race and had about 2K-3K. I needed 10K. I stopped. The graphics and music are relaxing. The steering is not relaxing. It's lane switching. If it was actual driving and maybe evading other cars, it could have been a 3/5 rating. I got this game as a gift.

First time in my 40+ years of experience in gaming I've applied for a refund. 0.49$ was way too much for.. whatever it is.

The graphics in NeverSynth are simply stunning! I'm thrilled by the bright and colorful visual effects that create an incredible atmosphere. However, I was disappointed by the limited selection of cars and tracks. I was hoping for more variety.
