Description

A loving family discovers that their daughter has fallen ill. While her parents set out to get her the treatment she needs, her determined older brother turns to the power of imagination to help them cope. While the outside world offers a harsh reality, these innocent children create a surreal fantasy world that gives them the play and comfort they need. Embark on a grand journey to five different lands filled with incredible robo-moose, floating baobabs, giant mushrooms, and clocks melting to the rhythm of passing time.

Imagination will find a way
In this magnificent land of make-believe, a cute little rabbit wants to nurse his ill friend the flower back to health in any way he can. He must use his wits to decipher puzzles inspired by classic point-and-clicks, uncover hidden objects, and play minigames to continue his adventure. Is it just child’s play or does it all have a deeper meaning that reflects reality?

An emotional story of love and courage
Take part in this inspiring story of siblings who support each other in difficult times through the power of imagination. Accompany them on the quest to help the flower regain its health.

Tons of environmental puzzles, minigames, and hidden objects
Travel through the wondrous lands of a colorful universe where you must question everything you know about reality. Help the rabbit solve puzzles, find hidden objects, and assemble strange machinery in a world where conventional logic doesn’t apply.

Fantastic music by Arkadiusz Reikowski
Every step in the journey is accentuated by the atmospheric music created by the composer behind the scores for Layers of Fear , Kholat , Husk, and >observer_ .

A nostalgic journey to a time when dreams had the power to build worlds
Remember your childhood and see the world through young eyes again. Believe in the power of imagination: it always finds a way, even in the darkest of times. Your empathy and ingenuity can save the day. How will this journey end?

A bit different of a hidden object game

I have played the other Artifex games, and it is clear that this is a bit different than their previous titles. It reminded me alot of the Tiny Bang Story in terms of gameplay, it even shares the same concept of having to construct some kind of device at the end of each level. The story is nothing special but serves the purpose, and many mini games are again copied from their previous game. Nevertheless, the art is gorgeous, the music is relaxing and a bit sad at the same time, there are alot of objects to find, and i think the overall gameplay duration is ok. It is worth your time, check it out.

I guess I'm in the minority here

The interface was annoying for me. Your character is on the screen but is mostly stationary. It's not a traditional point and click game. It has no tutorial and the character gives you subtle hints that you have to put together what you're doing. You just click on the screen until you find things. Some may find it enjoyable to play this but for me, it's just awkward, frustrating and bizzare. There isn't a whole lot of actual interaction in my opinion and it's easy to walk away from early on because it's really not that engaging and compelling. It even feels restrictive in the sense that the character doesn't move when you click. At the very start the character veyr annoyingly bounces on a chair with springs until you find what you're supposed to click on screen. I guess it's because I don't play too many hidden obj games? I play adventure games for me this game is just annoying and not captivating. It has no real story... I don't experience any joy or magic playing this, as I did with other "child-ish" games like Putt Putt goes to the Zoo or Night of the Rabbit... I guess it's just not for me but maybe it is worth another try someday... But I much rather play games with gripping stories, more interactions, dialogues, conversations, humor, and where characters actually move on the screen when you point.

A lovely hidden object/light puzzle game

At its core My Brother Rabbit is a seek-and-find hidden object game, but the combination of whimsical art style and touching story -- as well as the tight gameplay -- make this a real winner. Each level is beautifully animated; the objects are hidden enough to take a few minutes to find, but never cheaply hidden to drive you to frustration (or a walk-thru). The puzzles are relatively few and relatively simple, but still engaging. A very well constructed diversion of a few hours.

Nice point'n'click with hidden objects

It's a great game, with beautiful graphics and nice music. It has a bit sad mood throughout, but that's not too disturbing, and fits to the game. You can find both easier and challenging puzzles and minigames, and the hidden object part is really not that hard, you get enough hints to find all the objects. It's a bit strange, that you can't pick up certain objects before finding the one they belong to, but you can get used to it quickly. You will enjoy it, if you accept, that it's not a conventional point'n'click game.

Another 5-star Review

Like some said it IS a touching story but for me that was almost an aside as I got pulled into the adventure of solving each chapter. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer so sometimes elements of these games go whirring by my head at light speed. This one didn't so much. Yes, there was this one puzzle I found to be a pain in the backside but overall I enjoyed all the collecting, most of the puzzles, and the putting together of a special puzzle at the end of a chapter was especially fun. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys this kind of thing.
