Mortal Kombat Trilogy

PROS -It’s Mortal Kombat Trilogy DRM free. -Multiplayer is available via TCP/IP LAN (better than nothing I guess). -Kontroller support is plug and play, at least with my XBOX Series X kontroller on Windows 11. -Features Outworld mega babe Queen Sindel. CONS -Even on the easiest setting, if you plan on beating the CPU you better pack a lunch. -Jade is still a super saiyan unless you get her as your 1st or 2nd opponent. MKT VS MK1 MK2 MK3 ON GOG If you have MKT are the DOS versions of MK1 MK2 MK3 still worth getting? I’d say yes, if anything for MK1 and MK2, since they are both great ports and play very differently from MKT. MKT is ready to go once it is installed, while MK1 MK2 MK3 you will need to spend a few minutes tweaking the game files and setting up a JoyToKey configuration for the best gaming experience. As for MK3, once you have MKT you can throw MK3 right into the trash. OVERALL THOUGHTS I can’t recommend this game enough, add me if you want to play a few matches, I am not very good, so you’ll probably get a double flawless victory every time.

First off, the previous reviewer seems to be under the impression that "Trilogy" is a collection of 3 games. I can understand the confusion, but anyone who grew up playing these games knows better. Trilogy is a separate game all-together, comprised of all the characters from the first 3 games. That's why it's called Trilogy. Nowhere on the game page does it give the impression that there are 3 separate games. That should be a tip-off for everyone. Now, the fact that all the characters are there makes this an obvious choice if looking into which game to buy! Not to mention you've got the "boss" characters available right off the bat! This game has the most playable characters, and the most level selections, than the other classic Mortal Kombat games. If you love gratuitous violence in fighting games, play the series that started it all. This game is a no-brainier purchase for any fan. And if you haven't played any Mortal Kombat games... This game is your best option. It's NOT 3 SEPARATE GAMES. Don't be mislead into thinking so. Also, I play the game with a controller... so I don't know why some say there's no controller support. Just saying.

Please ignore the few reviewers here who seemed to think this was a collection of MK1, 2 and 3. This is NOT that, this is one single game that features characters and stages from all three of those games. If you only play one version of Mortal Kombat Trilogy, this is the version to play. Feature-wise it's the same as the PS1 and Saturn versions, without the load times! What's not to like? If you don't have this yet, then make sure you grab it.

Well I have this game for a long time now same version and everything running perfe4ctly fine on my machine. But this version has also music which is awesome! The only thing that was weird to me is that Shao Khan doesn't repeatedly teasing you at the final stage... 10/10

Trilogy is my favorite Mortal Kombat game ever. I'm delighted that i can finally play this masterpiece on PC.
