A Surprisingly Addictive Experience!
i remember when this game was coming out, the buzz kind of set it up as a "meh"... i am so glad I got to give it a shot(primegaming), this is a must play! this is very much a culmination of every awesome action movie packaged as a massive 40+ scenario experience that dispite the low poly style, does ABSOLUTELY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A BADASS! ive been playing with mouse and keyboard, and while a controller is highly recomended, this game feels just as solid with mouse and keyboard. oddly enough, this game has a fighting system that is just as(if not more) complex as gotham knights... but somehow it feels way better to play on mouse and keyoard than gotham knights does. gotham knights is 100% unplayable with mouse and keyboard, no matter how much you tinker with the keybinds. this is a HIGH RECOMMEND at FULL PRICE!!

So much fun
No expectations when starting this and was blown away. Had an absolute blast and loved all the easter eggs to gaming culture. Kudos to the developer.

Good game: Flow State
Mechanics: Dodging, Counterattack, Weapons, Grabs, Strikes. The goal is to use these tools to create the longest and most varied combo possible. I think it's bad that it's not possible to achieve this goal right from the start because you have to unlock the tools for it. The game is poorly optimized has bugs that hinder the experience and certain enemies are poorly designed. For a casual player, it's easy to reach the end but if you're going to complete the challenges, it requires more concentration. If you like Sleeping Dogs, Mad Max, the Batman saga, or Middle-earth, you'll like this game and you'll understand that these mentioned games did this, but better.

Great mixture of oldschool and new ideas
The different unlockable combos make this game a lot of fun. In its best moments you create a flow of martial arts, picking up weapons on the move and using the environment to overcome the waves rushing you. Fast paced storytelling goes well with loads of different enemy types and settings. For me the overall experience feels a bit like: one part good 90s action movie, one part streets of rage and one part John Wick. As someone who is kind of clumsy in combo/timing games i still enjoyed trying several times to beat cirtain fights.
