Magic Carpet Plus™

I've played this to bits on Playstation before, decided to try out the original - highly recommended if you like the Bullfrog games. Wish someone would make a remake of this

This was one of the first truly 3D PC games on the market in 1994, and still holds up as an innovative, fast action/strategy/wizard/flight sim, which is properly unforgiving. Still, the game is very entertaining and remains a timeless classic!

sadly i bought the original, and now have bought this version as well, still fantastic and surprising different from most games out there. If you want to fly around on magic carpet, fire fireballs and more, at enemies and trying to control the world :) what else can i say, other i love it

This RPG / FPS magic roller-coaster ride is back and it is about time! I personally have been waiting for such a long time to see this game appear on GOG, when I heard that they were teaming up with EA the first thing that sprung to mind was "Bullfrog Back Catalogue", my second thought "MAGIC CARPET, oh please oh please oh please!". Thank you GOG for thrashing it out with EA for so long, we are very grateful you've managed to get us this game after it's long long wonder in the wilderness.

I had this on ps1 and the first time I played it became was very confused and frustrated. Once I learned all the controls and the arsenal of spells it really is fun to be able to fly around. The graphics were kind of rough even at the time of release but the concept, design, and execution was done so well that it made this little gem worthwhile. At the same time it really is a nostalgia thing. If you never played or seen this game it may not be as exciting as it was in 1994
