Magic Carpet Plus™

I've been waiting on this game for a long time. There still isn't a game like it. Part shooter, part gem collector, part Stronghold. I can still remember fighting inside caverns where there is no space to move.

Will the addon be available?

Game runs alright, but the controls; the mouse in inverted, up is down, down is up, and there are NO control options. I never got the chance to play this back in the day, I was really eager to finally experience Magic Carpet; but it's unplayable. Mouse controls are horrendously awkward. The game is outright unplayable. Thank goodness it was on sharp sale. Disappointment.

This could have been a neat game, but the permanently inverted mouse makes in unplayable.

I have no love of this game from the past. I only have the here and now. The here and now has left me only confused and annoyed. The controlls are terrible, the mouse keeps turning and I can't seem to find a middle ground. the spells I have no clue what they are doing 4/5 of the time. I have no idea what my objective is, I can't see anything for more than a second or two before it flys past me. I have tried with the controller to which the flying was better, but still left me no less confused as to what I'm meant to be doing and got me killed by what I think were bats? In all if you have not played this game before I'm pretty sure you'll end up stuck like me and it's really not worth it. I'm not here to read/watch guides, I just want a game I can pick up and play. And this is obviously not it, despite the constant fan fare over this title. Better off playing Dungeon Keeper.
