Definitive Mafia 1 experience?

If you're new to gaming or accustomed to playing on console you'll probably enjoy this. However if you have interest in this game you owe it to yourself to play the classic version. In my opinion the classic is the definitive version of this game. This one features shorter more simplified missions, a lack of free ride extreme, cover, physics, prettier graphics, a lack of traffic lights and draw bridges (draining life out of the city), less free time at the end of missions for exploring and car theft, no side jobs, more limited inventory, and more!! If you've played the original please note that there have been changes made to the layout of the city. Go play the classic.

Just like it!

The story is slow. But slowly it'll catch up the pace. No nonsense game. You wanna play story. Story mode gives you that. You can explore the map in story mode, but you have to complete the objective at the end of it. In Free Ride mode, you can explore, collect all the secrets, shoot and do anything. I love it because I play it for the story. And Story mode just gave me that. I love the retro setting and the vehicles. You guys must give it a try.
