Description
Being a Princess is not an easy job. Being a Queen is even harder. Especially when you're only fourteen years old, and the reason you've inherited the throne is that your royal mother has just met an untimely end.

What's my final piece of advice for Long Live the Queen? Shake it off and try again. Is it worth the challenge? Yes. Being successful is gratifying. But having said that, this is a menu game; navigating menus is the core mechanic. There's also plenty of reading that is required, skipping over it makes playing this game almost pointless. The soundtrack is beyond repetitive, nearing an annoyance, but it isn't required to play. Touch controls are fantastic, elevating this to being a great game to sit on the couch and play.

Overall, Long Live the Queen puts your strategic thinking to the test in a deceptively simple game with many layers. It’s fun and addictive with a great aesthetic, and is highly recommended for fans of point-and-click adventure games with a visual novel slant.

The subtle and ambient piano music goes well with each scene and it adds another layer of immersion in the princess’s situation. The fictional world doesn’t leave much of a lasting impression, but the characters, their bonds, and their intertwined fates are compelling, making Long Live The Queen an exceptional choice-based game with a depth of possibilities that makes it far more than just your usual ‘princess maker’ game.

Well...
I must admit that I have played this game through a couple of times, but not really because it was all that great, I just wanted to see what happened if I made som different choices and I wanted to win the game and become Queen at least once. It is a game with fixed events and depending on how you have trained your stats up to those events you get a certain outcome, there are small differences from playthrough to playthrough, but in the end it feels like you have seen it all before. Can't really say I enjoyed this game all that much. If I were you I would go for Reccetear, Princess maker or some other kind of game as they are way more fun to play more than once.

This should be a free game
This game should be free on the web, because it's way too short. Don't waste your money on this, not eve 0.99$ not even 25 cents... really, really not worth any money. You can play much better games for free on the web and most take a much longer time to finish than this thing. There is no depth, and like El001 said, if you don't pick the right stats, game over. You should be able to finish the game no matter what the stats, it should be the choices you make in the game that influences the story, not your stupid stats. Also, there should be at least a dozen different endings. Always the same one of few ones in such an easily designed game is poor game design skills. Play Princess Maker instead, it's worth the money in comparison to this joke! Stay away from that game, not because it's bad, because it's too short for its price, should be a freeware.

Dralel said most what i had in mind...i would only add that the Eventtrees and the RPG-Part are mostly a puzzlegame. There are fixed Events and every Event has most the time at least 2 possible solutions..sucsess and failure for each solution will trigger something..the puzzlepart is..that you have most the time no idead what you need until you played through at least one..so..you will fail the first time(s)...change your schedulepuzzle and try again...and...

Princess Maker lite
Basically, its Princess Maker, only shorter, with some improvements and more obscuration. Theres a good pick-your-adventure politics plot and the world its set in is interesting and has some unique ideas going for it. It's fun but probably not very replayable after the second go.
