Late Shift is a high stakes FMV crime thriller. After being forced into the robbery of a lucrative auction house, mathematics student Matt is left proving his innocence in the brutal London heist. Your choices will have consequences from the very start, right through to the very end. One small decision could change the entire outcome in a choose-your-own-adventure style gameplay that can lead to one of seven conclusions.
Written by the author of Sherlock Holmes (2009 film), experience a gripping live-action crime thriller with a total of over 180 decision points. Do you steal the car or do you run away? Do you follow orders or sabotage the plan? You’ll have just seconds to decide as the film continues to roll with no pauses and no looping footage.
Shot in full HD, Late Shift’s cinematic experience blends the line between movies, games and interactive storytelling.

Runs smooth, audio and video quality is good and it was enjoyable. There was an x-files game quite on the same level with it. Dont expect to much, just take the story as it is and you should be good, if you like that kind of game that is.
I liked this game not only for it's unexpected turns but by the variety of outcomes the game offers depending on your decisions. you have to be quick or else.... good fun!
It feels more like a movie than a game.
The acting is great! And I like that you need to make split second decisions / choices, well just like in real life isn't it?
I think the two main characters are well chosen and in many ways, believable.
The storyline is the normal thriller type of script, but it isn't bad.
The only reason why I did not give a 5 star is because there is no save option. To replay the previous decision, you basically have to restart the entire game.
My first ending was.. hmm.. meh.. so I'm trying to get a better one now.
I'm on my second run. This time round, I suppose like everyone else, I try to take the complete opposite decisions as I did the first time, hopefully I get a different and better ending.
We shall see...
It's as it's advertised for: an interactive movie.
Not a great story, nor characters, not many meaningful choices (except for one of the seven endings I guess), lacking in tech (jumpy videos, broken/missing or badly translated subtitles - french ones are awful at the very least).
Avoid at full price but enjoyable for what it is...
