Description
Become a hero in a fantasy world of fearless knights, evil mages, wise kings and beautiful princesses. Explore the land, command armies and accomplish quests for your king to reap great rewards... Or suffer devastating defeats.

The gameplay is divided into two major sections: adventure mode and tactics mode. While playing in adventure mode you control your hero in real-time, seeking various treasures, fighting monsters and accomplishing quests tasked to you by the local stewards.
Once in tactics mode you assume the role of a war chief, leading your troops in tactical turn-based combat.

Battles take place on land or sea, in dungeons or castles or even in certain items! The hero himself doesn't participate in the combat, but can assist his troops by casting spells or summoning different creatures.

Having fun

The game is huge. Bit of a learning curve. Did poorly in first attempt. Doing good second time around.It's important upgrade yor army whenever you can but you need money.

King's Bounty: The Legend

So far ive already played close to 6 hours straight and i am enjoying this game a great deal. I love the RPG Tactical Strategy touch this game has. The world seems massive so far. This is my first run playing King's Bounty so i haven't tried any of the other games in the series yet. The game is semi dificult even on Normal. Highly recommend this game even at the huge discount on here that they offer. Excellent game!

Nod to the original with great graphics

Used to play the original on my old 386 in the late 80's. This is a genuinely improved version that stays true to the original parts of the game that drove the enjoyment and endless playability.
