Still great after all these years.
It has some movement jank, but thats due to the limits of the times, and ammo is annoyingly scarce, unless you want to swap weapons every minute. Just use an unlimited ammo mod and you are good to go.

Probably the best Just Cause. The others are fun, but this is my favorite.
