Jazz Jackrabbit Collection

Pretty solid game for it's time. Some jank here and there but controls are decent. the OST was amazing. The plot is straight forward and the game doesn't take itself seriously. Give this a try espeically if you're a retro buff!

It is highly exceptional because of the high price, but I bought Jazz 1 because I really like it and it is nicely supported on Linux platform! It works like a charm and finally I got that game back which I played so many times in my childhood. Thanks for bringing this to GOG! (I don't know why only this one is supported on all platforms, but if JJR2 is also supported on Linux I would have bought that one too).

I had it as a shareware as a child and somehow manage to unlock it I do not know how, you have to buy it.

Wow. It works. It didn't like running until I windowed it and then fullscreened it again. Then it ran perfectly. Hit Alt + Enter once and then again, for anyone who doesn't know. This is the same game as it was in 1995. The graphics have stood the test of time amazingly well. You can save and load. There is instruction manual with a few tips and a refresher on the controls. $10 for a seriously classic game from the mid-90's that will actually run on a computer 23 years later. Thats cheap. This is worth the money. I've been looking for this for 20 years. I first played it in DOS on my mums work computer, they dumped that computer and I never saw Jazz Jackrabbit again. Thank you to whomever made this release possible.

I'm just in love with Jazz Jackrabbit. This game is one of the reasons why platformer games are my all time favorites. I used to play shareware version everyday as kid, and I couldn't get enough of Jazz! It's colorful, full of interesting level designs, secrets, well done controlls and of course, filled with great humour! Sadly, I had no chance to play much of full version back then, but I always loved to replay Holiday Hare on the Christmas. So, I guess, I will do the same thing now, since Jazz Jackrabbit is finally available in digital. Some people says, the price of it is a little bit too high, but if you ask me, this game is worth every price. You don't get only game while doing a purchase of old games, but also forgotten memories, nostalgia feelings. I spent many hours (re)playing Jazz Jackrabbit Collection and I felt like kid once again. Thank you, GOG!
