A true pearl
This game is nigh-on perfect. The only thing I'd criticise would be the shmup sky combat, which can thankfully be skipped without major reprecussions. I, however, recommend you to try out various fighting styles. I blazes through the game as the speed lad, maxing out Thousand cuts and focus, without any setbacks.

My favorite RPG of all time!
I don't know what it was about Jade Empire. Was it the incredibly silky kung-fu combat system? Was it the complete departure from typical RPG settings? Was it the beautifully rendered settings and cutscenes? Was it that I had complete suspension of disbelief, and loved kung-fu fighting my way through swaths of badguys? All of the above I guess, as I played through this game numerous times when it first came out, and plan on doing the same now. Great find GOG!

No brainer
There is nothing not to like about this game. It is a mouthful of wildly imaginative, splendidly playable, smooth-running, drool-inducing brilliance that you'll never want to end. Seriously. Go get it. This is how "epic" is done in the gaming genre.

one of the old Bioware Games
its one of the best Bioware RPG's ever made, Kotor1+ Jade Empire are from another time (around 2003-2007) this era we got so many fantastic games from this studio. One of this is Jade Empire! You must play it to understand why its so good
