Nothing works normally. Persistent problems with saves, they either do not work or freeze on loading. Because of this, I was never able to finish even the first part of the campaign. Permanent profile sync errors and progress rollback. Broken missions on campaign maps and in the multiplayer season. Huge frame drops even on top-end video cards. Units and interface often do not respond to controls. Units are dumber than germs and constantly block each other. There is no balance between factions and even between units in one faction at all. The only thing that can be praised is the visual design and destructibility. The rest of the game is just a slap in the face. Don't waste your money on this.

The concept and world seemed interesting until i started playing the game. The campaign mission are unnecesarrily prolonged, the story is repeated in every factions campaign and some mission fail after 60 minutes out of nowhere because enemies just spawn in without you being able to prevent it. This is even more painfull because of the very slow gameplay. All in all very disapointing experience

I played the game in the release date, didn't really enjoy the game, most of it was balance issues and some bugs, the infantry don’t die as quickly and some of the mechs are no longer glass cannons, the gameplay is a lot better and the story is starting to catch my attention with the story figures, now is a good time to get the game and give it a try.

Great main campaign with all nations - each feels a bit different to lead. Additional star for making all speak their own language. Gorgeous political/historical fiction. Fun watching all mechs. Many different gameplays - for THQ RTS fan - the campaigns on world maps bring back many good memories. The missions are very diverse and challenging. After all patches no major or annoying bugs desribed by others. I recommend this game to all RTS fans. Must play.

I could probably write about a million issues dragging this game down but to sum it up in a way I'm sure everyone understands, it's on consoles and that should tell you everything. It's ultimately Company of Heroes but with less unit diversity, less mechanics, less abilities, barebones faction variety, no mods, no custom maps, nearly no basebuilding and it feels very shallow and disappointing to play at times, the only thing saving it are the mechs which are fun to look at and they did a great job animating them but the setting is the only thing here, you'd have a far richer and deeper experience with a game from 2006, which is extremely disappointing. The AI can be pretty bad as well, Skirmish is just a spamfest of them suiciding their units into you and since the game is so shallow theres no real replayability there in the long term you'll quickly see everything there is to see. But I don't want to pretend it's all bad, it's still worth playing if it's on sale and you're a fan of the genre, the singleplayer campaign features a lot of missions and a story that's alright enough, overall there's still fun to be had here, they've also polished up a lot of the bugs and issues from launch too and I can respect that they're updating the game with new maps and content.
