In Iratus you find yourself fighting for the forces of darkness in the role of the titular necromancer—Iratus, recently freed from his millennia-long imprisonment.

You control an obedient army of the living dead, with skeletons, zombies, banshees and many other unliving warriors. Create your soldiers the only way a necromancer knows how: from the body parts of your slain enemies!


Expand and improve your underground lair. Strengthen your servants by researching secret rituals. Explore the twisted corridors and underground catacombs, and battle against lobotomized miners, greedy dwarves and corrupt mercenaries. Aid Iratus in his quest to recapture and eclipse his former power. Lead him to conquer the forces of good and unleash an eternal kingdom of death upon the world!

The sheer variety of tactical and strategic options makes Iratus a true treat for any ardent fans of the roguelike genre.




  • Play on the side of evil, embodied by the necromancer Iratus!

Iratus: Lord of the Dead tweaks the team tactics formula of Darkest Dungeon but cuts down on the management aspect to focus firmly on moving quickly from combat to combat. It lacks the narrative flair or emotional punch of its inspiration but makes up for it with satisfying tactical options and a balanced challenge level.

Free as a bird

Is how you'd feel after playing this! It is exciting, although it doesn't have too much of a story the gameplay is incredible. I've played it for many hours, the replay value is off the charts, you'll love it!

nice pictures

... but thats it - the sound is nice enough the music is nice enough ... its one of those formula games which can not appeal to me. right from the start it feels like one of those browser "mmo" games that confuse you with alot of resources at the start to make you believe the game has depth when in reality its just more of the same stuff. the "tutorial" is so boring i am uninstalling the game. if learning the game makes me yawn whats the point of playing the game?

Exatamente igual a versão original

The game is exactly the same as the Ps2 version. That's not a bad thing, because the Ps2 version was already excellent. Dark Alliance just isn't perfect because it doesn't have random dungeons. If randomization was added to the pc version, it would be a perfect game. Anyway the game is excellent and you will probably want to play it again with another class and/or increasing the difficulty. I highly recommend this game and looking forward to Dark Alliance 2, which I didn't have the opportunity to play on Ps2 =D *I don't speak English, sorry if there are any mistakes.
