Into the Breach

I like FTL but this game is ridiculously too hard on normal level. I understand the strategy, but in the end the gamer wastes time by sending one character back to level 1 and repeating the same island over and over again. I played for 5 hours and never got passed the second island. The game is unbalanced and frustrating.

Reduced and refined, made for short sessions and long pondering times. Always come back to this game. Very easy to get into.

No fancy graphics (though they are good), no microtransactions, no hours of loading screens, no mammoth play sessions needed.... can play a 30 min session and complete the game (though the more times you do it the more you unlock)... just amazing pure gameplay. A gamer's game.

I thought the size of stages was going to make this game too simple, but I was wrong. It's very strategic and engaging. I really enjoy it!

It's definitely one of the best, quick and deep at the same time, Turn-based Strategy games I ever tried. Graphics is really basic, somehow minimalist. If you don't mind visual aspect, the gameplay is fast, brilliant and a lot mor complex than you can expect. Really compelling and clever game.
