Does not seem to work on Windows 10 at the time of this writing.
Starting Interstate '82 from GOG menu results in an i82stubz.exe present in Windows Task Manager, that livelocks at 100% CPU utilization, and nothing progresses after a considerable amount of waiting. No windows show up on screen or anything.
Recommend NOT purchasing until fixed. (Tested on Windows 10 Pro 21H2 19044.1826)
It's ok but disappointing due to the game coming from I'76.

I did the trick suggested by bombatomba and did get to the first menu selected a game mode and after the video it crashed. It played the videos got to the launch menu but no gameplay CTD. Looking at the cut scenes i realised just how old this game is and might be better as a memory.
