Inscryption

Went in not knowing much about it, just that it's a card game. Unique atmosphere and roguelike type gameplay lured me in. But the game offers so much more in such an unexpected way it really is a great game.

It's really replayable and highly addictive card battler with immersive elements. Many other reviewers say something like "play just act 1" and "avoid playing other acts". I totally disagree! The game is great in all its aspects and it just have more than you'd expect from this kind of game. And as you will know, much and MUCH more than you'd expect after you beat it once. But no spoilers! Go ahead, and go in blind. It's a real gem!

I went it blind, and the game surprised me every step of the way. Loved it, especially the first part.

...get it if you love clever game mechanics, brilliant storytelling, interesting graphic design and if you know what's good for you. Seriously!

The game is fairly short - took me around 13hrs to finish it. The first act is good but the next two are very easy. The story is alright but removes the replay value of the game, especially because you can't return to the style of the previous act once completed. I'm glad I played it but I don't intend to do so again.
